Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with Namaa Learning Systems ("Namaa", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

Namaa Learning Systems provides Islamic school culture management services, including:

  • The League of Champions (LOC) behaviour recognition app and platform
  • The LOC public portal for parent and community engagement
  • The 3R Framework implementation and training
  • Namaa Guides — on-demand support library for partner schools
  • Ongoing reporting and support as outlined in your service agreement

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Services are billed annually per student using the two volume brackets outlined in your service agreement.
  • A one-time onboarding fee of $2,500 applies in Year 1 only.
  • Monthly payment plans are available upon request. Monthly payments are calculated as the annual total divided by 12.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • Founding School pricing (40% discount on Year 1 per-student rate) is available to qualifying schools in our initial cohort and is valid for Fall 2026 onboarding only.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after onboarding has commenced. If you wish to cancel before onboarding begins, contact us within 5 business days of signing your agreement for a full refund.

5. School Responsibilities

As a partner school, you agree to:

  • Designate a point of contact for implementation and ongoing coordination
  • Ensure staff participation in the onboarding and training programme
  • Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose
  • Maintain appropriate parental consent and data privacy practices for student information entered into the platform

6. Student Data

Any student data entered into the LOC platform remains the property of your school. Namaa does not share student data with third parties and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services. Data will be deleted upon request or within 90 days of contract termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The 3R Framework, League of Champions system, Namaa Guides content, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Namaa Learning Systems. Schools are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials during the term of their active subscription. Materials may not be reproduced or shared outside the school without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Namaa Learning Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by your school in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
